Requirements:
Ingredients:
- 4 tomatoes
- ½ white onion
- 12 cashews, sliced in half (or 3 tbsp of chopped cashew)
- 2 tbsp coriander seed (“dhana”)
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds (“jeera”)
- 2 whole dried red chilies
- 1 piece of cinnamon bark (“taj”)
- 3-4 cloves (“laving”)
- 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
- ½ packet of firm tofu
Note: If you’re missing any of the spices, you can instead add their powdered forms in the blender. Add water as needed to thin out the gravy.
