Ingredients:
- 3 cups wheat flour
- 1 cup millet flour
- 3 cups of chopped fenugreek leaves (“methi”), or alternatively chopped spinach or kale
- 2 tbsp coriander-cumin powder (“dhana jeeru”)
- 1 tbsp red chili powder (“lal marchu”)
- 1 tbsp turmeric powder (“haldar”)
- Pinch of asafoetida ("hing") optional
- 1 tbsp caraway seeds (“ajmo”) optional
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds (“tal”) optional
- 1 tbsp grated ginger optional
- 1 tbsp crushed green chilies
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup oil
- ½ squeezed lemon
- 1 cup almond yogurt or additional ½ squeezed lemon mixed with water
