Serves 4-6
Requirements:
Ingredients:
- 1 head of a medium-sized cauliflower
- 1 tbsp grapeseed oil
- Sea salt to taste.
Instructions:
- Chop the cauliflower into small florets.
- Pulse in a food processor until it resembles rice - 1-2 minutes. Don't over-process - it shouldn't be mushy!
- Heat oil in a pan and saute the cauliflower for 5 minutes, until soft. Add salt.
- Serve with vegetable, lentil, or curry of your choice.
