Requirements:
Ingredients:
- ⅓ medium-sized cabbage
- 2 tbsp grapeseed oil
- ½ tbsp split and dehusked black gram lentils (“urad dal”)
- 1 “pinch” of asafoetida (“hing”)
- ½ tsp mustard seeds (“rai”)
- 3-4 curry leaves (“limdo”)
- 1 “pinch” of turmeric (“haldar”)
- Sea salt to taste
- Green chilis (sliced or crushed) to taste
- Shredded coconut for garnish
- Chopped cilantro leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- Shred the cabbage with a shredder or chop by hand.
