Requirements:
Ingredients:
- 1 avocado
- Handful of moringa, kale, or spinach leaves optional
- 1 cup almond flour
- ¼ cup coconut flour
- ¼ cup psyllium husk flour
- Bit of lemon juice to prevent discoloring
- Sea salt to taste
- Green chilies to taste
- Grapeseed oil, as needed
Instructions:
- Mix and knead all the ingredients together in a large bowl, until they form a smooth dough.
- Break off a small piece of dough and roll it into a ball in the palm of your hand (or between two pieces of parchment paper). Coat in flour and roll out into a thin circle. Be very gentle because the dough is very fragile (it doesn’t contain any gluten) - don’t exert pressure while rolling.
- Heat a pan of oil and cook the dough on either side, for about 2-3 minutes. After flipping on both sides, add a bit of oil on top.
